MedCentri is now hiring Compassionate Nurse Practitioners for one of the country’s leadingwound care companies. Flexible schedules include Part time and Permanent positions that are available nationwide!
Job Description
• Perform in-depth health risk assessments, as wound care consultants, in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Nursing Home Facilities, Long Term Acute Care Facilities (LTAC), outpatient clinics and Inpatient-Hospital settings
• Work collaboratively with physicians, case managers, dietitians, social workers, family, nurses and appropriate ancillary medical personnel
• Review and interpret the medical and social history
• Interpret laboratory data, orders additional labswhen indicated, will need to be procedure oriented andensures appropriate follow-up when needed
• Job Requirements
• Board certification through AANP or ANCC as a Family Practice NP, Geriatric NP, Acute CareNP or Adult NP
• Current RN and NP licensure in state of practice
• Current CPR, and ACLS certification. Experience if preferred however not necessary. You will have extensive training that will prepare you to become a board Certified Wound Specialists.
